Strategic Sales Training
and Account Planning
Our approach to recommending sales strategies and training for our clients is based on formulating, implementing and evaluating their input and objectives.
We ensure all relevant cross functions are consulted in our client's businesses before launch. We then provide individual and team coaching to facilitate any required change.
We will assess the business and the industries in which our clients trade, before setting goals and strategies, to ensure they stay ahead of their competitors.
We will run workshops for our client's key accounts teams. These will involve all relevant cross functions in their organisation. Customer representation may also be included at the appropriate time.
The objective of these sessions is to ensure the retention and development of these accounts. SWOT analysis, of both internal and external factors, conducted.
During these sessions, attendees will be encouraged to practice personal responsibility and self reliance both within the classroom and the field. They will formulate objectives as a team and will create a shared vision of what a successful implementation would look like.
Each member of the team will see how they are part of a whole and how they will benefit from understanding their colleagues' roles in the team.
Global Trade Development
We will provide resources to evaluate the viability of expanding our clients business internationally. Should they decide to proceed based on our submissions, we will manage the appointment of agencies/distributors in the countries chosen, on their behalf.
Market Penetration
We assist our client's market development by targeting their competitor's customer base.
We also ensure that their existing clients are convinced to use more of their products/services.
We are also happy to facilitate development of new products and markets should our clients be considering any form of diversification
Executing the Sales call
We will act as the sales force for our clients, ensuring that professional sales planning, tracking and reporting systems are implemented and adhered to.
Marketing
We work in partnership with Brand Marketing Specialists 'The Agency' to generate custom brand marketing ideas for businesses operating across all market sectors.
